The online registration deadline is May 7th for all three events. A discounted early bird registration fee are up until April 11th. There is also a 50 € discount for those registering for both Micronano System Workshop 2018 (MSW2018) and Superhydrophobicity and Wetting Symposium 2018 (SWS2018). Student prices apply to undergraduate and PhD students. The Surface Tension and Wetting course is free of charge for all participants, though registration is required.
The registration fee includes the following:

- Get-together party on Sunday 13th, if attending to the MSW2018

Instructions for registration
When registering, please select which event(s) you will participate and whether you participate in the dinner(s) or not. Please note that participation to the course requires registration even though it is free of charge. If you want to bring an extra person to dinner, please indicate this in the registration form. If you have or your avec has any special diets, please describe in the Additional information field.
You are allowed for the student price if you are a PhD student or undergraduate student. Students are required to present evidence for their eligibility for the student prices at the conference registration desk in the form of e.g. a student card, a transcript of study records, or a signed, free-form statement from the department office.
Note: the registration fee does not include travel and accommodation. Visitors are expected to book their own travel and accommodation. For accommodation, we offer pre-reserved hotel rooms.
Invited speakers and company exhibitors are instructed to be directly in contact with the organizers for their registrations and payments.

Payment methods
Payment is possible via credit card (VISA, MasterCard and American Express) or via Scandinavian and Finnish Internet banks (Nordea, DanskeBank, Osuuspankki, Handelsbanken, Aktia, Nooa Säästöpankki and POP). No other payment methods are accepted.
Confirmation of registration
You will receive automatic confirmation e-mail containing your registration ID number and link to you registration form. Payment must be done within 120 minutes of registration through the eAge system. Otherwise the webpage times out and new registration must be made.
Cancellation and refunds
We will refund 50% of the paid registration fee if cancelled by 13.4.2018.
We will not refund the paid registration fee after 13.4.2018.
